Our Story So Far:

During my career, I have been involved in running several multi-million dollar businesses. I began my career in restaurant management in 1988 and bought my first investment property in 1999.  Since then, we have bought and sold hundreds of houses, keeping some along the way.  The lessons that I have learned managing my own properties have been invaluable.

In 2004, as a Licensed Realtor, I became a Certified Property Manager and started managing properties for other investors.  From there, we have grown with the goal of running the business and creating the value by focusing on what I would have wanted from a property management company, clear communication and transparent financials, with a focus on customer service, for both owners and tenants; that’s our Clear Vision! 

Our goal is to offer property management services that are below the market prices with amazing customer service.
